  • Development of a professional resume, cover letter, and thank you letter

  • Life Skills Training
  • Increase knowledge as it relates to life and daily living skills that empower one with basic tools and techniques for independence

Job Placement Services

  • Initial phase used to explore job leads, application completion, and networking

  • Placement
  • Competitive community placement within the desired position

  • Coaching
  • Individualized support during the learning period on a new job, change in job duties, and during transitions.  The coach assures the employee is comfortable with their duties and work environment.

  • Follow up services provided for the first 90 days of employment to ensure success
