Our custodial manager will work with your business to compile a checklist of mutually agreed upon terms to insure all work is completed to your specifications and satisfaction. Custodial team member positions are considered Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) by The Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS). LSE will place and support our participants according to the individuals’ choice and through Career Exploration Small Group with the crew. Working with the LSE Custodial Crew allows individuals who are not fully integrated into the community to hone their work and soft skills to better prepare them for full integrated employment. This placement is often the last step while competitive employment is being pursued, and specifically focuses on skill building which includes, work skills, interpersonal skills, self-advocacy, coping strategies, and soft skills. This support service takes place in an integrated community based setting.
