Lower Shore Enterprises, Inc. operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Title VI Protections
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states that no person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.

How to File a Title VI Complaint
Any person who believes they have been discriminated against under Title VI may file a complaint with Lower Shore Enterprises, Inc. Complaints may be submitted by mail, email, phone, or through the official complaint form.
Complaints should include:
- Name, address, and contact information of the complainant
- A description of the alleged discriminatory action
- The date(s) of the alleged incident
- Names of individuals or departments involved, if known
- Any supporting documentation or details
Lower Shore Enterprises, Inc. will review and investigate complaints promptly and will provide a written response when the review is complete.
