LSE participants volunteered at the MD Food Bank, gathering and boxing up items. This promotes teamwork among our participants and practicing their mathematical skills that are taught at LSE to ensure the correct number of items are placed in the boxes.
This month commemorates the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a landmark civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities. It is a time to celebrate the achievements, contributions, and diversity of individuals with disabilities, as well as to advocate for equality and inclusion.
